Handy Man & Rose
Two humans on a bench, each utilizing outdated technology.
Handy Man on the portable FM/AM mini radio, and Rose on the
Compact Disc player. Handy Man would get up sporadically, walk
down the block, stop, pause, and back to The Bench. Rose was just
being Rose.

Elmo :)
I saw Elmo walking up Main St. with a human handing out announcement papers for something.
He was drawing quite a bit of attention. I asked my co worker to run down and ask him if he would sit on The Bench. This is my favorite so far.
Pink n Blue
This lady has numerous bright colored shoes. She sits for an hour or so, staring, then wonders back into the Hotel of Funk.

Family?
This was the quite the picture for me. The girl held the boy tight the whole 20 minutes or so waiting for a bus, with a couple rain drops starting to fall. I am assuming brother & sister, but you never know. I actually printed this image out, and ran downstairs and across the street to give it to them. At first, maybe a bit creepy :) but the boy seemed to enjoy it.
Cracker Jacks
These ladies attracted my attention because I could hear them chatting and laughing for about a half hour. They were to happy ladies.

Welcome Humans
This is a photo story of strange humans on a bench in Ventura California. Everyday I will be taking at least one picture of the bench accompanied by it's fellow sitters. This perspective is from one of my windows in an old large building in downtown Ventura. Every month, I will be changing up the photo treatment, whether it is an old school color filter, b&w, or a custom job.
